Mutant Anthropologies: A Graduate Salon

The Mutant Anthropologies series signals to changing questions, sites, optics, and analytics in the discipline, while keeping alive inherited commitments, investments, and genealogies. With each yearly series, we hope to create a collaborative and experimental space in which graduate students at Rice University and scholars in the field can think about new ethnographic points of entry. Mutant Anthropologies is a graduate student-run organization and welcomes both undergraduate and graduate students from all departments on campus to participate in our organization and events. Please feel free to reach us at mutantanthropologies@gmail.com or at lupe.flores@rice.edu.
